Due to the nature of our Business, norefunds are offered on hair extensions. Exchanges Only. This is due to the hygienic and sanitary nature of the products. Once hair extensions have been opened, they cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Exchanges may be honored at the discretion of The Spiced Collection’s management team within 5 business days of the order's delivery date.
All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in resale-able, new and unused condition, with all original tags, zip-ties, packages, and labels attached.
All sales are final once items are installed, worn, colored, used, or rubber bands and zip ties removed, etc. & it's non-refundable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If a Return/Exchange is initiated after the 5 day return period, the return will be processed as store credit ONLY.
NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS (From Delivery Date).
